The Centre offers a variety of accommodation and tailored support services catering for businesses wanting to set up in comfortable, friendly, supportive and adaptable surroundings, alongside other like-minded people.

Rental costs are competitive and include rates, utilities & Internet Access. Furthermore, on-site business, financial advice and guidance is available from the Centre staff, who work closely with the local business start-up agencies, including Brougham Enterprise Centre & Business Link Tees Valley.

The Centre has 11 individual offices, hourly rate offices, Function Room, Seminar Room and Boardroom.

The Board Room is the ideal conference/meeting facility and can comfortably sit up to 10-12 people around the large boardroom table. The room benefits from a sliding partition, which more than doubles the available space and could comfortably accommodate 30 people in rows.

The Boardroom and the meeting room will be available for hire on an irregular basis to the tenants in the centre and other interested parties. Both rooms also benefit from a small bar serving coffee, tea and refreshments, with outside catering arranged upon request.
